CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please note that we are working hard to get your order ready for dispatch as soon as possible, we may not be able to cancel your order on request as it has already been dispatched.Your order cannot be cancelled if it has already been paid for.
If your order has not yet been paid for, it can be cancelled within 12 hours of ordering.
Contact us at info@ninascrunchies.com with your order number and we will take care of it for you!
CAN I REFUSE MY SHIPMENT?
If you decide to refuse delivery of your order, or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged by PERTO H+H Ltd. This amount depends on your country. If you wish to make changes, please be sure to contact us at info@ninascrunchies.com before shipping your order.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation .After your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation email. It may take 2-3 business days to process your order. A friendly reminder that business days do not count holidays or weekends. All packages are delivered via Packeta and DPD

WHERE CAN I FIND MY ORDER NUMBER?
If you have a Nina scrunchies.com account simply log in and select " orders" in the drop down menu under your name. There you will find your order number! If you haven't created an account, no worries! You can create one at any time with the same email address that was used to place your order.
With every order, we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email that was used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as they may go to the junk/spam folder.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Already have an account?
First, log into your Nina scrunchies.com account at any time and check the status of your order by selecting " orders". When your order is packed and ready to ship, you will be emailed a tracking number so you can monitor its activity until it reaches you.
Don't have an account?
No worries! You can use the same email address you used to place your order to create an account, and it will appear under " orders". Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as the order is placed! If the order was packed over the weekend, it will be updated the next available business day!

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping costs
Orders over 50 Euros qualify for free shipping for Slovakia and Czech Republic.
Orders outside of Slovakia and Czech Republic will be charged for shipping depending on the chosen delivery method and country. The full price will be displayed at checkout.
How is my package shipped?
PERTO H+H. is shipped via Packeta and DPD.It can take from 2 to 3 days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Our delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.
PERTO H+H Ltd, Packeta are not responsible for lost packages if your delivery address is entered incorrectly.
PERTO H+H s.r.o. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

WHAT ARE YOUR SCRUNCHIES SIZES?
We offer scrunchies in sizes S.M.XL. For each of our products, the size and diameter of the rubber band is listed.
MY SCRUNCHIE LOOKS A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN THE PICTURES.
We try our best to keep our photos on our website and social media as accurate as possible. However, scrunchies may vary slightly in different lighting!
THE SCRUNCHIE I WANTED IS SOLD OUT! WHEN WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
Replenishment times vary!
Re-stocking is largely dependent on the availability of a particular fabric. We source our material locally from many different places and sometimes buy their remaining stock of a particular fabric. Sometimes these fabrics come back in stock and, unfortunately, sometimes they don't!

MY RUBBER BANDS HAVE STARTED TO TEAR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We will be happy to fix your scrunchies for you. Please fill out a complaint report and send it along with a photo of the rubber band in question to us at: info@ninascrunchies.com
HOW ARE NINA SCRUNCHIES MADE?
Nina scrunchies are 100% handmade. We also have limited editions where we design the fabric and have it printed by our suppliers.
HOW MANY TIMES DOES AN XL SCRUNCHIE WRAP AROUND MY HAIR?
Depending on the thickness of your hair, you can expect the Scrunchies to wrap approximately 2-3 times.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN
We are always happy to help and please contact us before exchanging or returning an item.
Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs of exchange and return items.
Upon receipt and inspection of the item, the customer will receive a confirmation email notifying them of the status of the exchange.
